How to install NETBEUI
NetBEUI protocol is not cleared by default in XP.
However, you can manually install it from the WindowsXP CD provided by default.
The installation method is as follows.
1. Insert the WindowsXP CD into the CD-ROM Drive and find the "Valueadd\MSFT\Net\NetBEUI" folder.
(If you don't have WindowsXP CD, download the attached file)
2. Copy Nbf.sys to the "C:\Windows\System32\drivers" folder.
3. Copy Netnbf.inf to the "C:\Windows\inf" folder.
4. Select Control Panel from the Start menu and double-click Network Connections.
5. Right-click the icon of the connection that has been set and select Properties.
6. Click the Install button in the General tab.
7. Select the protocol and click the Add button.
8. Select the NetBEUI protocol from Lirus and click the OK button.
9. Restart your computer.
CNC 8055 DNC connection method
DNC connections on the old Fagor CNC 8055 are only supported up to Windows XP.
Please proceed after installing the NetBEUI protocol in item 8 below.

The installation method is as follows.
1. If NetBEUI is installed, you need to check the parameters of the CNC.
2. Select MACHINE PARAMETER on the first CNC screen
3. Check or record PARAMETER P002 / P005.
4. Connecting a network drive on a PC
(Click the tool in My Computer or Windows Explorer)
5. Enter \\P002\P005 in the place of the folder under the drive and click Finish.
6. After some time, the connection is completed.
7. Right-click on the connected network drive and select Create Shortcut.
You can create a shortcut on your desktop.
